  1. D. Braun says:

For $71.00 I had the expectation that I was getting a hard take in, textbook type book. What I received was a thin, paper back that should have been priced around $10.00. I sent it back without taking the plastic wrap off.

Unfortunately I finished up spending nearly $5.00 needlessly on shipping, another one of the down sides of Amazon.com.

  2. Collaboration and communication are key skills for success in high ground care organizations. Dr. Cohn presents us with diverse and innovative approaches that enhance collaboration and communication between physicians, nurses and hospital administrators. Each chapter provides only one of its kind and practical approaches–illustrated by a case, case breakdown, and a list of key concepts–that can help health care professionals and administrators to know each additional’s perspectives and to realize they are on the same team. Most vital, Dr. Cohn gives physicians a voice and shows us how all can benefit when hospital executives actively and fully occupy physicians and nurses in creative problem solving and genuine collaboration at all levels. A shared spirit of collaboration and ongoing improvement benefits those we work with and the patients we care for.
